NOTE: Due to current budgetary constraints, as of September, 2009, Unsolicited Proposals will no longer be accepted until further notice.
Guidelines for submitting a proposal are available here. Proposals will be evaluated according to certain criteria (specific criteria breakdown available here). Those criteria are based on the goals, target industries and values outlined in the City’s Economic Development Strategy for Implementation.
